Education is a slow and continuous process by which knowledge, character and a sound mind is formed with a sound body. The child has to go through a repetitive process of reconstruction and refining of ideas, activities and learning methodologies under the guidance of experienced facilitators to move in a positive and progressive path of education. Children are born with fresh minds which are ready for instant and permanent inscription of attitude, behaviour and character. The children are like new germinated seeds which open up as tender saplings and eventually grow into trees spreading their shade, blossom and greenery around the surrounding areas. They further reproduce healthy species only when the planted seeds and saplings are healthy. So we can correlate this life cycle with our children as well. Children have to progress through graded activities which will improve their cognitive, psychomotor, communication, team building, problem solving and decision making skills. The growth process has to be safe, secure, sensitive, satisfying, supportive, serene, sparkling and finally successful. We believe in creating humans with humanity who have equal Intelligence, Social, Emotional and Adversity Quotient. Hence, they have to go through a constant and conscientious metamorphism by which they evolve into future citizens possessing rationale, radiance, resilience, respect and responsibility. Hence, our main aim of education is to cultivate the students with the freedom of mind, democratic values, selfdiscipline, self-governing ideas and self-expression which eventually leads to self-realisation. These goals can be achieved only if the school has a carefully framed curriculum integrating Math, Science with languages, performing arts and sports in an ideal proportion collaborating with various aspects of study.
We believe that teachers are parents at school and parents are teachers at home. Our shared commitment to the education and well-being of the students will lead to truly exceptional and united community. As we embark together in this effort, we play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students. We promise to bring new challenges, opportunities and provide a conducive, competent, collaborative and child-centred environment to the children which will trigger an all-round physical, social, emotional and spiritual development in the children covering all the aspects in a harmonious manner. Let us join hands and transform our land into a country with creative children as dreamt by Rabindra Nath Tagore.
